Escape to Adventure: A Thrilling Weekend with SDC Full of Hiking, and Surprises! First Exeat Trip

Описание: From 24-26/1/2025, during an Exeat weekend at school, some students stayed back for a fun time. We gathered at the Outdoor Education Cabin and went to Bangor - Coed Y Parc to stay. I helped with salad prep while others set the table. For dinner, we enjoyed salad, potatoes, lasagna, and more, followed by games like Exploding Kittens. Some washed dishes, others relaxed, and we looked forward to more fun.
The next day, after breakfast, our group hiked in Caernarfon-Beddgelert with friends and teachers while another group went shopping. During the hike, we stopped to admire Snowdon and other mountains, taking photos along the way. The view from the top was stunning, though my fear of heights slowed me down. Teachers and students supported me throughout. After the hike, we rested and had a drink in the town center, which unfortunately had a power outage, leading to many closed shops. On our way back, a teacher treated us to hot chocolate at a cafe for £4.00 each. The drink was delightful, topped with colorful marshmallows. Back at our lodging, we showered, enjoyed pizza for dinner, personalized biscuits for Valentine's Day, and had fun.
The next day, as we packed to return, the wind outside was strong. Our group opted to stay back and relax while the other group went hiking with two teachers. Later, we visited Tesco for shopping. I purchased Sour Patch Kids Fruit Mix Sweets Bag 130g for £1.50, Tesco Gouda Slices 250g for £2.85, and Tesco Raspberries 250g for £3.00, totaling £7.35. On the journey back to school, we were treated to a beautiful rainbow, adding a colorful end to our memorable trip.
