INGREDIENTS
1.5 Pounds of Petrale Sole (Rolled in the Dill)
3 Tablespoons Dill
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Drizzle fish with olive oil
Vegetables in parchment
1 cup of leeks thinly sliced and cleaned
1 cup of Fennel Bulb finely chopped
1 cup of Red Pepper thinly sliced
1 cup of Carrots Thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of white wine
1 garlic clove minced
1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
Salt and Pepper to taste
