How to Call Function Defined in Functional Child Component for React and React Native Using useRef

Today I am going to show you how to call a function defined inside a functional component by passing a ref to the child component and setting the function on the ref. I will be doing this in react native but you can do the same in React. To do this we will use the useRef hook from React.
