7 Miles up a Mountain || Running up Doi Suthep Mountain Road - Chiang Mai, THAILAND

Описание: In August, 2019 I decide to run from Chiang Mai University up to Doi Suthep Temple, which overlooks the city of Chiang Mai, Thailand. The road is just over 7 miles long, all uphill, with around 70 turns and switchbacks en-route to the temple. This is a popular route for bikers but it also draws runners from time to time. Watch to see how I do as I run seven miles non-stop up the mountain!
