Relic 0.4 is out. It adds a new plugin, the RF-E channel strip, puts a Mix knob on every Relic plugin, and fixes the things you wrote to us about. Bit Layer and Echo Layer get an update too: zero latency by default and a lot less memory.

A few notes:

The RF-E puts a whole channel in one window: input with phase, high and low pass filters, a four-band EQ with two characters, a compressor, a gate/expander and a fader. The filters can go before or after the dynamics, or feed the sidechain.
The Mix knob sits in the toolbar of every Relic plugin. Turn it down for parallel compression. Old sessions open exactly as they were saved.
Window sizes are in the preset menu, from 100 % up.
Auto Gain: double-clicking one level knob now resets both.
At 8x oversampling the list shows every choice again.
Bit Layer and Echo Layer start at zero latency. On Echo Layer, right-click the faceplate to switch back to the original engine.
Mac Intel from 10.13, Linux from Ubuntu 20.04.

Relic is free: VST3 and CLAP on Windows and Linux, VST3, CLAP and AU on macOS. It’s free and it will always be free.
