Chickpea chat | fast-food | kala chana veggies

Описание: This unique recipe can fall in the category of a fast-food with chickpea. It involves a whole lot of veggies supported by associated spices apart from homemade curd and homemade tamarind chutney. This recipe has selected veggies like cucumber, tomatoes, onions, green chili apart from chickpea. There is no frying involved but there are some selected spices like chat masala, common salt, rock salt, black pepper powder etcetera. The dish can be a part of the family breakfast or can be served in the evening. Only, please ensure that it is served fresh. This is because the veggies will begin to release water if kept untouched for a long time.
