From Omak along Hwy. 155; at Disautel Pass at 3,252 feet, the temperature dropped to 46. Light rain along the way. Nice views at pullouts along the Columbia River.
Grand Coulee Dam is the largest hydropower producer in the USA. Video from parking lot at the face of the dam, then other video from Lake Roosevelt side near Visitor Center entrance and parking lot. Through Grand Coulee City along Banks Lake. Hwy. 17 to Dry Falls. From Dry Falls in heavy rain to Chief Joseph Dam, then into Bridgeport. Along the Columbia River to 97, then along Okanogan River back to Omak.
