Stylish Protection. The primary reason the Rugged Ridge Body Tub Rail Armor should be standard equipment is the rugged protection they add to the tub rails. The body tub rails are prone to scratching and peeling as people, cargo, and pets get in and out of the rear area in your 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ. Installing this Rugged Ridge Body Tub Rail Armor will protect the rails from paint damage and even stone chips. The rail armor can also be utilized to cover up existing scratches or surface imperfections on the rails. The black thermoplastic material of the rail armor will also give the rear of your Jeep an updated, stylish, and more rugged look.

UV-treated. The Rugged Ridge Body Tub Rail Armor is not a humdrum piece of plastic. The rails are constructed from high-quality black thermoplastic that is UV-treated to withstand the UV rays emitted from the sun. Each rail armor is 42-inches long and installs easily with no drilling required.

Peel and Stick Installation. The Rugged Ridge Body Tub Rail Armor comes with pre-installed 3M automotive bonding tape. It will simply adhere over the rails to offer all-season protection and style. Simply clean the rails with a damp cloth to remove dirt and oil. Peel off the protective backing on the 3M tape and adhere the rails firmly. You can finish the job in approximately 15 minutes or less with no tools required.
