All of us, ALL OF US, have the same 24 hours in a day, from the guy who squanders it all on trivial pursuits to the man who maximizes every single hour (including the ones where he’s asleep).
So, stop lying to yourself when you say you don’t have the time.
You do have the time! You have the time to do whatever you want. It might just be that you haven’t prioritized it correctly. Or, maybe you just like to use “there’s not enough hours in the day” as your default excuse for not doing what you know you should.
Figure out what’s important, schedule time in your day for it, and get it done.
In other words, PRIORITIZE and EXECUTE. 👊🏻
