The model must be designed specifically for 3D printing, not just visual rendering. It should be watertight, manifold, and a single solid mesh, with no floating or intersecting parts.
Optimize the design for [FDM / RESIN / BOTH] printing. Avoid overhangs greater than 45 degrees, reinforce thin or fragile areas, and ensure a minimum wall thickness of 1.6mm (FDM) or appropriate thickness for resin printing.
