Dr Saral Mukherjee is Associate Professor in the Production & Quantitative Methods Area at IIM Ahmedabad. He has earned the unique distinction of winning the Outstanding Teacher Award at IIM Ahmedabad for six consecutive years!
Dr Mukherjee specializes in Operations Management and is involved in research, teaching and consulting in the area of supply chain redesign, operations strategy, marketing-operations interface, inventory policies, process analysis and project management.
Dr Mukherjee has served as the Chairperson of the IIMA Placement Committee (2008 - 12) and Chairperson of IIM Ahmedabad Case Centre (2014 - ) apart from other administrative roles.
Dr Mukherjee is a Fellow, IIM Calcutta with Specialisation in Operations Management. He did his Bachelor of Engineering (Production Engineering) from Jadavpur University.
