HOG = Heart of Georgia Railroad, now under the G&W umbrella, is a vital shortline operating in Central Georgia. On this beautiful last day of January, the rail show during my short visit in Cordele, GA was opened by a HOG manifest, followed by a parade of CSX and Norfolk Southern trains, and concluded by HOG. Enjoy this video with rail action from an awesome railfanning location in the "Heart of Georgia" - the famous Cordele Diamonds. It's not only fun to watch, but also to listen as every train creates its own sound while passing the multiple crossings.
