-Ingredients :
4 cups all purpose flour
1 packet instant yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp yogurt
1 1/2 cup milk
Mix well and make a soft dough
Cover it and rest 1-1/2 hours

2-3 tbsp cooking oil
300g boneless chicken
Cook
1 tsp garlic ginger paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp chat Masala
1 pinch orange food colour
Mix well
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
Mix well
Cover it and cook for 5 minutes
After uncovered for 5 minutes
Mix and add vegetables
2 tbsp onion chopped
2 tbsp capsicum chopped
2 tbsp tomato chopped
Mix

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Hot sauce
2 tbsp chilli garlic catchup
1 pinch Red Chilli Flakes
1 pinch Salt
1 tsp lemon juice
