This tutorial provides that you can develop a phonegap application with bootstrap or another css framework.(*not just with jqmobile, if you mind that phone app can be developed just with jqm). And how to handle some request into server with ajax.
Yeah, this is my second phonegap tutorial. i hope you can evolve this tutorial into your needs.
