This is my full teenage body transformation from skinny to muscular (13-19 years old). Because of my bad starting point, countless of setbacks and more I wanted to update my transformation video so that it can motivate the people who needs it. I hope this video can help someone who’s feeling stuck in the beginner stages and might lack the confidence to believe that they in fact can transform their body and mindset, despite what other people tell them or what they currently believe.
