Twin City Leaders spoke out against President Donald Trump and Operation Metro Surge in Minnesota.
Attorney General Keith Ellison spoke about the lawsuit filed against the Trump administration while Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey talked about the chaos in the streets.
St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Her also spoke about the impacts the federal operation is having on the Twin Cities.
Representatives Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., Ranking Member of the Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement Subcommittee, and Ilhan Omar, D-Minn, hosted a 'field hearing" in St. Paul, Minnesota called "Kidnapped and Disappeared: Trump’s Deadly Assault on Minnesota" on Friday, January 16.
