LIVE training on the first day of a senior living salesperson with no sales experience.
In the past year, my sales have generated millions of dollars for the community where I’m based. My background in social work and psychotherapy have worked hand in hand with sales, especially in this setting. Rather than throwing a new person into the role and hoping they survive, but also excel, I decided to formulate a series of trainings to help new people have the opportunity to generate as much revenue as I have. Imparting that knowledge to a team creates more leverage to reach higher goals.
I highly recommend people with health care and/or social work backgrounds for this role, but it is not a requirement.
