Описание: Hi! I'm Caity. I'm making these videos "Learning to Love Myself" once a week to hold myself accountable on my self-love journey. I've struggled with loving my appearance since I was 11/12 years old. At 23, I'm still experiencing the negative impacts of how poorly I treated and talked to myself. With the help of an amazing woman, I've decided to start making Youtube videos again. I guess my idea is that if I put this out on the internet, I'm more able to hold myself accountable, right?

This is week FIVE of learning to love myself!! I am so proud of myself for sticking with this for five weeks. making these videos have truly held me accountable with myself, and it's honestly amazing to watch my confidence grow right in front of my eyes.

It's been a four weeks of saying my affirmations (I am smart, I am beautiful...etc). Honestly it kinda feels like a burden right now. The first couple weeks I was like, okay, this is good. this is going to get easy and I'm going to be a pro. and right now, truthfully, it just feels like a chore. I'm trying to get out of that mindset lol but I think the thing that has truly helped me was putting my baby pic up on my mirror.

this episode I of kind of just rambled about how being "popular" in school is so overrated and how people literally try and change themselves to be accepted. I also talk about some problems I think there are surrounding "glow ups". what about who you were before? did she not deserve as much love from yourself as you get now?
