A fun compilation of wine related commercials, including some wine coolers and even sake. I also threw in a couple fun clips of a Julia Child show and a news segment that was oddly current. I also created a new channel intro and video ending. I'm pretty proud of them, especially as I created them in my video editing app, Video Barbershop.
Adverse Archive uses @VideoBarbershop to edit all videos. It's a Mac app I created from scratch, and it is currently in public Beta. You can download a copy for free and give it a try yourself! Link in that channel's description.
Adverse Archive is devoted to the capitalistic metaverse that is advertising: commercials! I've collected a couple hundred taped off TV VHS tapes and am slowly going through them extracting out the commercials and building an archive of Americana advertisements and pop culture references. I've developed my own software to extract and edit the files from the VHS conversions. This channel will feature a regular stream of quaint discoveries.
