Описание: N. S. Nappinai, is a highly respected senior practitioner in the Supreme Court of India and Bombay High Court, pioneering the development of cyber laws in India. Her repertoire of cases handled as a litigator and practitioner include cases pertaining to constitutional, criminal, cybercrime, IPR, corporate and commercial laws. She has undertaken transactions and litigations across multiple jurisdictions in her professional capacity. Nappinai serves as Advisor for Maharashtra Cyber – Policy and Investigation. This talk was recorded for the Draper Hills Summer Fellowship program at Stanford, 2019.
