AE150 Underpick Shuttle Powerloom machine is a heavy duty weaving machine used for weaving a wide variety of fabrics.
Beat up Motion
An improved fast reed system of beating is incorporated in the loom which ensures stable flight of the shuttle and correct beating of the weft. The sley is carefully made from selected good quality seasoned teak wood with laminated wood race board fitted with a wooden sley cap. For longer life and heavy quality of fabrics the steel sley may also be supplied at an extra cost.
Shedding
Double treadle and cone pulley type shedding system is provided which is suitable for plain weaving. Optional jacquard and dobby shedding is also possible.
Let off motion
The positive separate type of let off system ensures uniform let off speed and uniform warp tension
