The last section in the metro at 14:33 is what breaks both my only ghost (as in no panther and assault points) and no gadgets streak in this game. It is definitely possible to get only ghost points, but I am doing these runs with my default gear only. And yes, you cannot do a non-lethal takedown as Briggs, so we are forced to use gadgets to knock out the guards at 06:32.
