Hi friends & welcome back to another vlog!
Phew, it's been a while? I was hoping this vlog would come up last weekend but then life happened, oh well here u go hehe. I'll take you with me for how a typical weekend in my life look. I don't often wake up with hangovers anymore, but it did happen this particular Saturday and then having promised Jonas to join him on a run... I was struggeling so hard. We made Danish klatkager, and they turned out so,so good! I also added cardamom which I can really recommend trying out and then I passed out on the couch hehe
Saturday was a bit more practical, we woke up early, went grocery shopping & I share my recipe for homemade gingershots, homemade raspberry & chia jam as well as the perfect measurements to get a yummy chia pudding consistency! Ending my Sunday with family dinner at my moms place where she makes us Mexican and tries to expand her cooking with new recipes. I didn't get to document everything, but she tried to make her own chipotle sauce & it turned out soooo so good! & that was that weekend.
Hope you enjoy this one and I promise, well I'll try, that I won't wait another 22 days with uploading my next vlog hehe
