Описание: This one had me confused for a moment.
Turns out the original problem was the chisel itself.
A faulty chisel with a missing lock ball hole jammed itself into the chuck every time it's inserted.

The chuck sleeve was still damaged and needed replaced anyway. So it's now going back to the customer without the chisel.
