The legendary Texas mega mansion once owned by Deion Sanders — known as “Chateau Montclair” — is back on the market, and the story behind it is just as dramatic as the home itself.
Built in 1999 during the height of Prime Time’s NFL career, the nearly 30,000-square-foot estate once sat on more than 100 acres and featured a bowling alley, indoor basketball court, football field, movie theater, and even a barbershop.
But after Deion’s highly publicized divorce from Pilar Sanders, the property eventually hit the market with a staggering $21 million asking price.
It later went to auction with Concierge Auctions, where it nearly sold for under $4 million before a private deal was made.
Now the massive estate has resurfaced on the market again — and its condition has sparked plenty of discussion.
This video is the first episode in a new series exploring the real estate portfolio of Coach Prime, including homes across Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, and Colorado.
