The new console for managed service providers (#MSPs) is a web-based platform that lets you administer FileAudit licenses for all your customers.

The MSP console is a web-based platform that allows you to administer FileAudit licenses for all your customers. As an MSP you can create and manage your own client accounts, activate license keys with the pay-as-you-go monthly billing and aggregate pricing based on total users across all your customers. You can see in real time the amount of users audited per customer and track increases or decreases in the number of users per month. To onboard a new client, simply click 'add a customer' and enter their details. There's no need to contact a salesperson and you can add or remove clients whenever you need. Finish by clicking 'add customer' and you can see the entry has been added to the ‘my customers’ view. Then click on the client name to create a license key for the FileAudit installation.
Now to activate the key, simply click on this icon to copy it to the clipboard and then in the FileAudit console, paste the key in the license section.
And it's just that simple. You can see all your keys created in the MSP console along with their status, you can deactivate and reactivate a FileAudit key as needed with full control of your user onboarding process.
You can see here the total number of users audited for the current month and you have a constant view of your upcoming invoice here. You can see yourunit price per user and track how it decreases as you onboard more customers with more users.
In the invoice tab you have a history of all your past invoices and you can click on the link for full details and to download a copy of the invoice.
