Bake at 350°F/175°C for 20-25 mins

INGREDIENTS

Red Velvet Cake:
1 large egg
50 g (1/4 cup) white granulated sugar
45 g (1/4 cup) flavourless oil
50 g (1/4 cup) buttermilk
1 tsp distilled white vinegar
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp red gel food colouring
50 g (1/2 cup) all purpose flour
10 g (1 tbsp) cornstarch
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt

Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting:
65 g (1/4 cup) cream cheese
45 g (3 tbsp) white granulated sugar
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
145 g (1/2 cup) whipping cream
