This walk follows part of the famous South West Coast Path, taking you out onto the rugged headland known as The Rumps, with its incredible twin-peaked cliffs and views across to Pentire Head and the Atlantic Ocean.

Starting near Polzeath, the route winds along grassy cliff tops, past grazing sheep and wild coastal flowers, before reaching the ancient headland fort at The Rumps. On a clear day you can see for miles — it’s the kind of place that reminds you just how wild and beautiful Cornwall really is.
