In today’s video, I am making a delicious Mandi Style Yakhni Fried Chicken Biryani — a beautiful fusion of Arabic mandi flavors and traditional dum biryani.

I start by boiling chicken leg and thigh pieces with whole spices to create a rich and aromatic yakhni. Then I marinate the boiled chicken in yogurt and spices, fry it until perfectly golden, and prepare rice using the same flavorful yakhni. Once the rice is cooked, I place the fried chicken on top and give it a 10-minute dum.
The final result tastes exactly like Mandi — soft, juicy chicken with beautifully fragrant rice!
