320g cream cheese
50g sugar
70g pistachio butter
3 eggs + 1 egg yolk
200g heavy cream
12g cornstarch

3. Add eggs and egg yolk in batches, mixing after each addition.
4. Pour in heavy cream and stir evenly.
5. Add cornstarch and mix until smooth.
