Описание: 15 Min Full Body Pilates Workout At Home: Core, Arms, Back, Booty Band + Fat Loss Friendly! Helloooooo everyoneee hope you guys are doing AHHmazing today! I put together a full body pilates workout you can do at home that hits everything: core, glutes, arms, shoulders, and back. We move with intention, breathe deeply, and keep it spicy with a booty band block to build strength while supporting fat loss. If you have been looking for a full body pilates workout that feels effective, uplifting, and doable on busy days, this is it. Consistency over perfection. We got this.

What to expect today
I guide you through a full body pilates flow focused on form and connection. We start with glutes and inner thighs, flow through a dynamic ab workout and back workout, then layer in upper body tone for the arms and shoulder workout. This is a complete full body workout designed for anyone doing a workout at home and wanting a smart, low impact way to work hard without feeling wrecked. I coach tempo, alignment, and mindful progressions so you always know what to feel and where.

Equipment

My goal is to make at home pilates accessible and effective, whether you are a beginner or building strength again. Daily workout at home does not have to be complicated. It just has to be consistent.
