প্রতিদিন মৃত্যু ঝুঁকি নিয়ে পিরোজপুর-নেসারাবাদ সড়কের নাপিতখালী সেতু অতিক্রম করেন হাজার হাজার যাত্রী ও শতশত যানবাহন। ভারী ট্রাক চলাচল করায় সেতুর উত্তর প্রান্ত দেবে যাওয়ায় স্টিলের প্লেট দিয়ে গাড়ি, অ্যাম্বুলেন্সসহ যাতায়াত করছে বিভিন্ন যানবাহন। সড়ক বিভাগ জানায়, সেতুটি নির্মাণের জন্য আলাদা প্রকল্প হাতে নেয়া হয়েছে।

Thousands of passengers and hundreds of vehicles cross the Napitkhali Bridge on the Pirojpur-Nesarabad road risking death every day. Due to the movement of heavy trucks, the northern end of the bridge has been damaged, and various vehicles including cars and ambulances are traveling through the steel plate. According to the road department, a separate project has been taken up for the construction of the bridge.
