Описание: On todays episode of Cocktails with Ciara, we're making a Dark n' Stormy rum cocktail! The Dark and Stormy is a popular dark rum based summer cocktail, and it's also the unofficial drink of Bermuda. The Dark and Stormy is one of the few cocktails in the world that has been officially copyrighted by Goslings Black Seal Rum, so legally if you want to call it a "Dark n' Stormy", you need to use Goslings rum in it! If you're making it at home and don't have any Goslings, any full bodied, aged dark rum will do nicely, and you'll also need some ginger beer, lime and lots of ice!

✨ Ingredients ✨
.5oz or 15 ml Lime Juice
1.5oz or 45 ml Ginger Beer
2oz or 60ml Goslings Black Seal Rum
Mint to garnish

✨ Method ✨
Add ginger beer and fresh lime juice to a collins glass filled with ice
Stir, then top with rum
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
