Hanging Gates at Our New Feedlot | Big Mini Feedlot Build Continues

Описание: Today is gate hanging day at the Big Mini Feedlot here at Bar 7 Ranch.

After laying out the pens in our last video, it’s time to start making it permanent. We’re welding hinges, hanging 15-foot and 10-foot gates, setting up jack stands, and working through the real-life details that go into building a functional feedlot for beef cattle.

As first generation ranchers in Central Texas, every step of this build is part of the learning process. We talk through why we designed the gates the way we did, how we plan to move cattle between pens, and what’s next for getting water lines installed.

This is real ranch life — not perfect, not polished — just daily ranch chores, welding, cattle planning, and figuring it out as we go.
