"iSpyWithMyLittleEye" (Demon) by Voxicat | Geometry Dash 2.11

This level is very unique in pretty much every way. That applies to the visuals, gameplay, and even song. Making something unique doesn't necessarily mean it's good, though, but this is thanks to good execution from start to finish. Eyes are the main visual in every part, seen in both the foreground and background as either decoration or even as a boss. This starts at 1:00. Its attacks are quite one-dimensional, being lasers, but the visuals are slightly different for each time, which is cool. The best part about the boss is how smooth the eye itself looks as it's moving around, which is also seen earlier on. At 0:39, it moves from being behind the player to in front very smoothly. Because of movement like this, the level uses up all 999 groups in 1:25, which isn't too common.

Other than the eyes, the color usage is worth noting too. It's very flashy throughout, which goes along with the quick movements to suit the song well. If you pause at a certain point, you may see some very weird color mixing, but I'd say it works overall while in motion as they change fast. The chaotic color mixing does suit the intensity of everything else too. Most of this is thanks to the song, which I can't say I'm a huge fan of. Despite that, I have to admit that Voxicat did a great job making a level with it.

In terms of gameplay, you'd think this would be a bit frustrating to play due to the visuals. Quick color pulses and crazy movements often get a bit distracting, and this also has some unique gameplay, such as the Ball at 0:24. However, this was surprisingly fun to play to me. There are good indicators used in pretty much every part, and you're given more than enough leeway. With everything in mind, I think this deserves an Epic Easy Demon rating.
