During this difficult time of staying at home ... Professor Ron Boiuso has put together a workout and standing guard pass for you to work on while at home.
For the warm up, you will do 5 rounds of sit-ups, push-ups, hip escapes, hip bumps and triangle closes.
Then grab a willing partner and practice the move of the day, the standing guard pass.
Come Try a Free Class! Our self defense classes vary from Men and Women to Kids and Seniors even Handicapped. Everyone can be successful in this program.
Owner Ron Boiuso is a 3nd degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and a Decorated Palm Beach County Sheriff.
We teach a child of any age what to do when they are confronted by a bully. Building self-confidence in children from 4 and up, teaching them to be confident in live.
