Описание: When I first learned to drive a manual vehicle, there were countless times when I wanted to give up and just trade my car back in. It was stressful to learn, scary and it constantly gave me anxiety on the road. This is a week’s worth of footage of my first time learning to drive my Honda Civic Si. I didn’t have a dad or an uncle to hold my hand through it, I taught myself out of the love of cars. I eventually got good enough to downshift, hill start and perfected stop and go. Just like learning to drive for the first time at 15 in an automatic car, I was dealing with experienced drivers all around me. It was an incredible experience to relive the feelings of learning a new skill and if there’s one thing I can say about teaching yourself how to drive a stick shift— it’s that it gets easier every single time you get in that drivers seat.
