Editing 5000+ Gig Photos - Catching Up After a Chaotic Month and being an Editing Grem | STUDIO VLOG

Описание: Hey pals, this vlog covers two weeks in one because, honestly, February completely wiped me out. Shooting 30 odd bands in a month was incredible, but it left me playing serious catch up - which means I’ve basically been an editing gremlin for the past two weeks, glued to my desk, trying to get through a ridiculous backlog of photos.

One of the biggest tasks has been tackling 5000+ photos from recent gigs, including Touche Amore at St. Luke’s and North Atlas at The Cathouse. I chat through my editing process, from culling thousands of shots to deciding whether to lean into venue lighting or adjust for skin tones - what's yer thoughts?

Beyond editing, I made it to my first Discovery Music Scotland meet up, which was great for connecting with other creatives and finally putting faces to names. It’s easy to get stuck in solo grind mode when you’re constantly editing, so getting out and meeting people in the industry was a nice change.

Slowly but surely, I’m getting through everything, just need to remind myself that I don’t have to be perfect, I just need to keep moving forward. Let me know - how do you tackle huge editing backlogs without losing your mind? Because I could use some tips! 😅
