The 80 Marine Drive Express was introduced in 2023 as an peak-hour-only Monday-to-Friday express bus with limited stops on Marine Drive between Marine Drive Station and River District. This was to alleviate overcrowding on the 100 between Kerr Street and Marine Drive Stations. In 2026, this service implemented midday service at 30 minute frequencies.
