Your word is a lamp to my feet, ....... And a light to my path.

Think of a lamp in your room that gives you light when it's dark..... The Bible is like a lamp that helps us see and understand what's right and good.

The bible is the word of God .... and when we read the word of God,..... it shines light to everything we do. The word of God guides us to make right choices .... and walk in the right way in life.

Just like you don't want to stumble over things if you are in the dark, that's the same way the word of God guides us to always make right choices.

The word of God guides our actions when we are upset, teaches us how to make good decisions and draws us close to God.

So, Kingdom Kids .....( Psalm 119 verse 105) tells us that the Bible is like a special light that helps us know what is right and shows us the way to live a good and happy life.

Just like a lamp helps you in the dark, ..the Bible helps us in the "dark" times when we're not sure of what to do.
