Star of Wonder ~ Christmas Story Cold Process Landscape Soap Making with Mary and Joseph, Bethlehem

Описание: Here's the highlight of my Christmas collection, my own personal favorite and #thereasonfortheseason, I present to you my Star of Wonder soaps. These bars showcase a brilliant Christmas star in between billowing, luminous clouds of a glorious sunset sky right above Joseph and Mary... the Virgin is sitting on a donkey as they make their trek to Bethlehem, where Jesus was born.

"And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel." Mathew 2:6

I struggled a bit with anchoring my Christmas star and keeping it in place (thus, it is at different levels in my bars) while also dealing with an accelerating fragrance. I didn't think that the design would work out due to this and almost didn't continue because of the pour fail, but was astonished and in awe when I cut into the loaf with very low expectations of the outcome. It had come together exquisitely, down to the teeny details, even the facial profiling of the young couple's noses and chins show through! My own little Christmas miracle from the soap design that almost wasn't.

Scented with a gorgeous blend of lavender, cedarwood, sandalwood and white musk, they smell absolutely remarkable and heavenly, sure to delight even those folks that dislike lavender!

This batch is extremely limited in quantity and a few more bars are available now on my website.
