It is dawn, you are relaxing comfortably on the white, fine sand of the beach, the fog is rolling back from the sea to reveal a lone sailor taking his boat out to sea. There is no other person around, no dogs barking.. just the very gentle waves breaking against the beach. You have nothing else to do but relax for two hours. Let the calm wash over you.
Gentle visuals paired with instrumental music to accompany you while studying, working or meditating. The visuals are intentionally slow and seamless to avoid distraction and improve focus.
