Bionano Genomics ($BNGO) Generates Record Quarterly Revenue and Launches Version 6.2 of NxClinical

Описание: Bionano Genomics, a pioneer of optical genome mapping solutions, has announced second quarter results that included 73% year-over-year revenue growth as well as a 24% increase in sales of its nanochannel array flowcells.

The company also launched version 6.2 of its NxClinical software that includes integrated genomic scar analysis for homologous recombination deficiency. The new feature provides a comprehensive, consistent, and automated analysis of biomarkers from next-generation sequencing and microarray data that can help clinical researchers stratify therapeutic response across multiple tumor types.

During the second quarter the company also announced a new collaboration agreement with Hamilton to develop the Long String VANTAGE for isolation of Ultra High Molecular Weight DNA for use in optical genome mapping. The company believes this workflow has the potential to double manual output, with increased confidence in sample yields and DNA quality.
