Mughlai pratha recipe in bengali
A Recipe filled with a lot of Indian flavors This is a fusion recipe of the paratha used as a base for chaat.

Ingredients-
For Maida Dough
All-purpose floor: 200 grams or 2 Cups
Salt: 1 Tsp
Vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon
Water- 1cup

For Beasan layer-
Gram flour - 100 grams or 1 Cup
Salt: 1 Tsp
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida or Hing powder, 1 Pinch
Water- 1cup

For Potato layer-
Boiled and mashed potato - 3 large
Salt: 1 Tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
Black salt - 1 Tsp
Roasted cumin seed powder - 1 teaspoon
Fennel and Coriander seeds crushed, 1 teaspoon
Raw mango powder - 1 Tsp
Asafoetida or Hing powder - 1 Pinch

For Garnish-
Beaten Curd
Green Chutney
Tamarind Chutney
Onion
Aloo Bhujia
Coriander Leaves
