The purpose of this test was not to determine the exact internal resistance, but to obtain a rough estimate to group the cells and retain the best ones. A lithium-ion battery analyzer will give you more accurate results. In part 3, the focus will be on measuring the capacity of the remaining 23 cells. Given what we have observed in parts 1 and 2, I would not be surprised to find that these remaining cells have significantly poor capacity.
