Irish Hereford Prime were very happy to sponsor the Hotel Category at this year’s Good Food Island Awards.
Being Good Food Ireland awards the menu is the core proposition of the whole experience, and it is never, ever underestimated. The Irish Hereford Prime main course went down amazingly well with everybody. The Chef on the day did an incredible job cooking for 300 people, a beautiful -medium / rare fillet steak.
