All of us are seeking happiness in all we do
The usual way is to find happiness in persons, objects and situations. Lasting happiness is discovered in grateful living. We must be fully aware of the gift of life in each wakeful moment and to live it fully. Normally we drift into mechanical ways where the mind dwells on the past or future.
What are the ways to be in the “ Now “
Learning to slow down
Avoid talking to others or to oneself
Have no need to prove anything to anyone
Whatever we give too much importance to can take away our mind from the “Now”
Our mind can be our best friend or worst enemy
By converting our mind to being a useful instrument can transform our lives
The moment we wake up we become aware of time , space and limitations. We cannot be happy with limitations.
By training our mind to be in the now can give us a “Top of the World” feeling all the time, in any place or in any situation.
