Here’s my favourite method for butternut squash macaroni and cheese. Butternut squash is your ticket to making a better and easier homemade Mac and cheese. It’s really hard to mess this up.

I’m not one for hiding vegetables, but this is one of the best butternut recipes because it really makes the butternut shine. Butternut squash is such a natural fit for a Mac and cheese sauce. It’s a nice bonus that this also happens to be a healthy mac and cheese and more low fat Mac and cheese than its milky counterpart. It's also totally kid friendly.

A little about me:

I'm Paula, and I started How To Make Dinner because dinnertime is my favourite time of day. (Except on weekends, when it's breakfast, but you get the point.) I love winding down at the end of the day with a good cooking and eating sesh.
