Ingredients
Tawa Roti
Onion rings: 3 no
Tomato Rings: 3 no
Boiled egg: 1 cut in rings
Grated carrot: 1 tablespoon
Finely chopped capsicum: 1 tablespoon
Tomato sauce: 1 tablespoon
Mayonese: 1.5 tablespoon
Black pepper powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Chat masala: 1/2 teaspoon
step 1
In a bowl take 1 tablespoon grated carrot and 1 tablespoon chopped capsicum. add 1 tablespoon tomato sauce and mix well.
Step 2
On a tawa roti or tortila add 1.5 tablespoon mayonese and spread well over the roti. Cut the roti from quarter.
Then in 1 quarter place 3 onion rings, 1 quarter place 3 tomato rings, 1 quarter add boiled egg rings, last quarter add the carrot capsicum mixture. Sprinkle chat masala, and black pepper powder. Now wrap it.
Step 3
Add 1/2 teaspoon butter on a tawa or frying pan now place the roti wrap on it and fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Flip it and fry the other side similarly.
Now it's ready to eat.......
