Описание: I'm honored to welcome back 61 year old Central Park Joe to the channel. He made his debut back in May 2021 at the age of 58. I challenged Joe to do 200 push ups and 200 squats in 10 minutes and he agreed to and did 200 jump squats instead of regular squats.
